Refund Policy
1. Free Trial
At IslamicTuition.us, you are offered a 5-day free trial before enrolling in any paid course. During this period, your trial classes are completely free of charge, and no payment is taken. No refunds are required for the free trial period, as no payment has been made.
2. Paid Courses & Monthly Tuition Plans
When you purchase any monthly paid plan or course, you agree to the terms of this refund policy. Our monthly plans are billed according to the package you choose.
2.1. Cancellation Before First Paid Class
If you notify us before attending your first paid class, you may request a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
2.2. Unsatisfactory Experience
If you are not satisfied with our teaching after the first month of paid classes, you may request a refund. These requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. You might be asked to provide feedback or details about your experience.
2.3. Recurring & Ongoing Plans
For ongoing monthly subscription plans, you must cancel at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming month. If you do not cancel in time, the next month’s fee will be charged and may not be refundable.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please provide the following:
Send your refund request to Info@Islamictuition.us, or use the contact form on the website. We will review your request and reply within 5 business days.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be returned using the same payment method that was originally used. It may take 7–21 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. No Refund for Missed Classes
Refunds will not be issued for classes that you missed or sessions already taken.
